Portsmouth-No Hill Return
Run from RUH into Portsmouth to the second bridge on the far side of town (not indian river, the next one) and back but run no hills back by looping low by the shipping docks and up trail by Riverside Restaurant and back to RUH.
Oceanographic Loop
Start at RUH, run main road past Tina's to water, take left toward shipping dock, run past empty warehouse, take left at Old cceanographic research facility, run past riverside restaurant, right onto main road and back to RUH.
Tina's Hills
Start at RUH, run up the hill to Coconut Hotel sign, back down hill past RUH, past campus, past Rituals, up hill past Annex, down hill to Tina's, and back up hill, down hill to RUH. All on Ross Blvd.

start at RUH, run to coconut beach hotel, run beach back to RUH dock, to RUH gate, run to shacks and back to RUH.
