up to car park round n back
flat until the slight rise n fall around carpark - nice lunchtime run plenty time for stretching :-)

work run 3.83 mile bit of an uphill bank at turnaround point to deal with

you know when your near the turnaround point as its opposite costcos in a carpark - I touched the gate where the path starts to rise upwards away from the river and turned and headed back - 3 miles
