Residence Inn Run
Turn left out of the RI, sidewalk most of the way, but have to cross the street once; turn left at light, left at next light, go to Jamaican Court and back
Dolphin Hotel
Start at ferry terminal, turn left, go around lake by beach and yacht club, turn left just past Jelly rolls and go to end, and then turn around and return the same route

Start at ferry terminal, turn left, go around both lakes, when you circle back to the second lake, turn around and return the same route
Intercontinental Hotel Run
Head over to Market Street, turn right, head towards the bay until it ends, turn left and go to the ships by pier; and back
SpringHill Suites Run
Turn right on Falkenburg Road. Go down to the last road before the overpass, turn right, go to end of street, turn left, go to end of road. Then Back. All flat with sidewalk the whole way.

Starting at the Courtyard, head up 54, cross under the tunnel, then take the path to the end and back

A scenic tour around campus, past the planetarium, President's house, Fetzer Field, Carmichael Auditorium, Kenan Stadium, UNC Hospitals, and back to the Carolina Inn.

Take a left out of the hotel on American Blvd. Sidewalk all along the road. Be careful crossing roads. Go to the end of road, by Crowne Plaza Hotel, and go a little farther to wildlife preserve across from Park 'N Fly. Take path, all down hill, to flat area until you see the lake on your left and opening to field on right. Then return back.
