Team Captains
Click on the "Create Your Team" button at the top of the page to create a team first (just the team name). Once the team has been setup go back and sign up as a team member and then let your team members know they can then click on the "Register Now" button, choose the team category that best fits you and join and register for your team.
Team Members
Click on the "Register Now" button, choose the Team Member category then choose the Team Name from the drop down menu on the registration form. If you do not see your team name in the drop down, please contact your Team Captain.
Awards
Special awards to the top male & female winners of the 10K and 5K Runs. The top three finishers in each of the following age groups in the 10K and 5K Runs will receive special awards: 11& under, 12-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 & over
