Girls on the Run Tri-Cities is a non-profit, after-school program for girls in grades 3rd-8th, that combines health education and running. Sessions running 10-weeks are offered every spring and fall. The girls also participate in a community 5K at the conclusion of every season.
Included in the price for both Girls on the Run or Girls on Track: • 20 lessons, 90 minutes in length, conducted by certified coaches • Water bottle • Healthy snack at every lesson • Lesson handouts and materials • Program T-shirt • Adult Running Buddy to run with during the 5K race • Entry fee into the community 5K event • End of season celebration Please note that YMCA members receive a $10 discount when registering at the YMCA office.
