WHAT IS THE DINO TRIATHLON? The XTERRA DINO Triathlon is part of the XTERRA America Tour. The XTERRA DINO Triathlon courses are well-marked but rugged. The course begins with a swim or paddle in the lake. Then, transition to your mountain bike for the mountain bike course. Finally, slip on your running shoes for a trail run.
