Join us for our Annual Indoor Triathlon....a 1/4-mile swim (8 laps) in the lap pool, a 5-mile bike on the stationary bikes and a 2-mile run on the treadmills. You can complete all the events yourself or form a team (each team member participating in a single event).
Individuals will compete in successive time slots between 7:30 am and 3:30 pm. Up to six participants will compete in a wave approximately every half hour. A wave will not start until the previous wave is complete. Winners will be determined by the fastest total time for all three events. Transition times do not count towards the total time. In case of a tie, we will look at a participant's predicted total time (see registration form) to determine the winner. Participants will be broken down into age brackets: 13-18 yrs(youth), 19-29 yrs, 30-39 yrs, 40-49yrs, 50-59 yrs, 60-69yrs and 70+ yrs. Awards will be given to first through third place finishers in each age category. Plaques will be given to the top finisher in the following categories: Overall male, female, team. Award winners do not need to be present to receive awards. All participants will receive a logo sling bag. Light refreshments will be provided.
