Each participant chooses either the Tri clinic or swim only clinic. Participants must choose a category when registering to select if they want to participate in the tri clinic or swim clinic only. Both are 4 hours. Both have a swim instruction component. The swim clinic only option has an additional swim session and includes swim video analysis of the participant.
All participants for the Tri clinic must bring swimming and running clothing. Do not bring your bicycle, however the coaches will go over the bike leg in detail and bring their own bikes to show for transition practice. Swim clinic only participants need only bring swim gear. Directions
The entrance to the Aquatic Center is from Merrick Avenue. You can use parking lot 1 or 1A and you will see the aquatic center from the parking lot. Go to the front desk and tell them you are there for the clinic.
