Dayton's Only Indoor Triathlon consisting of a 15 min swim, 20 minute bike, followed by a 15 min run. 5 min transitions in between. Awards - Times are tough and nobody wants another cheesy medal so starting this year we are awarding CA$H to the top 3 overall male and female. 1st = $100 2nd = $50 3rd = $25 Primes (pronounced preemes) Provided by Up and Running in Dayton will be awarded randomly throughout the day for the fastest swim / bike / or run of a wave.
