Chi Walk-Run Combo workshop. This fitness program works with your busy lifestyle: just go out the door or jump on the treadmill. You’ll learn to Walk-Run the natural way, pain and injury-free. Based on principles of T’ai Chi, you’ll learn to move using your core muscles, creating inner strength and focus with every step.
This program is for you if any of the following apply: You want to walk-run or run a 5K injury-free and finish felling fabulous You are just getting started on a fitness program You are recovering from an injury You are new to Chi walking and Chi Running You are willing and able to train 3-days per week You wish to enhance your walk/run program with telchnique-based training You want the option to walk-run 5K or transition into a full running program by the end of 8-weeks You are a regular walker who would like to transition from walking into running.
