Arlington Reads 3rd annual Book It for Literacy 5K/Mile Fun Run

Check-in is at 7:15AM. The 5K will begin at 8AM, the Mile Run at 9AM. Awards will be given to the first male and female finishers overall and the first three male and female finishers in the following age categories: 0-5, 6-10, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+. Registrants must pick up race packets at the Arlington Reads Literacy House (101 E. North St., Arlington, TX 76010) between Wednesday, August 8 and Friday, August 10. The Literacy House is open 10AM-9PM Wednesday and Thursday and 10AM-5PM Friday. For every $20 fundraised, racers receive four entries into a drawing for an iPad®. Racers may turn in funds and the required form to any Arlington Public Library branch by Thursday, August 9 or by 9AM at the race.
