This 60-minute workshop is include cover the various areas of mental preparation for triathlon. All areas of training from pre race workout focus, racing, and post race review will be covered. Topics will include the conscious and unconscious mind, visualization, self hypnosis, goal setting, releasing yourself from the outcome and how to achieve the “flow” or “zone” state on demand. Active group participation will be encouraged.

About the workshop instructor
This workshop will be led by Gavin Kent. Gavin is an accomplished athlete and fitness enthusiast as well as a Certified Sports Hypnotist (NESTA), Certified Meditation Instructor (Chopra Center For Wellbeing) and a Holistic Health Counselor (Institute for Integrative Nutrition).
