This years 2012 Olympic Race is officially New York State's "Best of the US" Qualifier!!! During race weekend there will be 4 different races. On Friday, August 3th there will be a kids race (ages 5-15). On Saturday, August 4th we will host the Olympic Triathlon at 8 AM, followed by a Sprint Triathlon at 2:00 PM. The fourth race is our Double Tri, for those participants who compete in both races.
In the past we have donated 100% of our proceeds to two local children’s literacy programs that have blossomed because of your contributions. This year we are going to take your donations one step further and contribute to two additional children’s charities: Under the Woods Foundation and Ledig OVC. The FTT can truly be recognized as the race that benefits children everywhere. You can feel proud of being part of such a great cause while also doing what you love!
Over the past several years racers have enjoyed the many giveaways from free reusable bags, to running socks, water bottles, training books, dri-fit t-shirts, winter beanies and more. We are busy creating the perfect giveaway for this years 6th year event. Stay tuned!!!
Along with the great giveaways, there will be a raffle held at the race with many nice prizes and a free lunch for all Olympic and Double Tri participants.
Additonal tickets can be purchased for family and friends.
*Sprint race participants will NOT receive a free lunch.
There will be a $1.00 parking fee this year to help support the park.
